摘要
目的 :探讨妈富隆治疗多囊卵巢综合征的机理。方法 :选用妈富隆治疗多囊卵巢综合征 ,并对治疗前后月经稀发、痤疮、多毛、体重及性激素水平进行观察。结果 :月经周期、痤疮、多毛、体重均有明显改善 ,LH、LH/FSH、T也均有下降 ,经统计学分析有显著意义。结论 :妈富隆通过降低体内雄激素水平 ,改善由于高雄激素引起的临床症状 ,可以用于多囊卵巢综合征的治疗。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Marvelon for PCOS. Methods We used Marvelon to treat diagnosed PCOS patients. The patients, clinical symptoms, such as infrequent menstruation, acne, polytrichosis, weight and sex hormone level were observed before and after treatment. Results The menstrual cycle, acne, polytrichosis, weight were significantly improved, LH, LH/FSH, T decreased considerably. Conclusion Marvelon can be used for PCOS treatment to improve clinical symptoms by decreasing androgen level.
