摘要
研制了一种新型的双通道椭圆弯晶谱仪,椭圆的离心率和焦距分别为0.9586和1350mm。 利用晶体作色散元件,布拉格角为30~67.5,谱线探测角为55.4~134。在两个通道上用CCD和条纹相机同时测量射线的空间和时间分辨光谱。在“神光Ⅱ”激光装置上进行了首次摄谱实实验,实验结果表明该谱仪的光谱分辨力为0.002nm。
A double-channel elliptically-curved crystal spectrometer is developed. The elliptical eccentricity and focal length are 0.9586 and 1350 mm, respectively. With the crystals as dispersive elements, Bragg angle is in the range of 30°-67.5°, and the spectral detection angle is in 55.4°-134°. The X-ray space and time resolved spectra are measured by using the CCD and streak cameras in two channels. The first spectrographic experiment was carried out on the SG-2 laser facility. The experimental results show that the spectral resolution of the spectrometer is 0.002 nm.
