摘要
本文研究了高P_2O_5(至60mol%)的P_2O_5-SiO_2二元系统溶胶-凝胶法的合成工艺,并进一步摸索了其玻璃化的工艺条件及其结晶特性,制得了透明均匀的凝胶玻璃.
A Sol-gel synthesis fechnigue with high P_2O_5 (to 60mol%) inP_2O_5-SiO_2 system was investigated in this paper. The further study of the technological conditions for the glass conversion and the crystallization behavior were conducted. Transparent and homogeneous gel-glasses were abtained.
