摘要
杨家林主任医师认为月经不调主要表现在期、量的异常,针对其太过与不及,补其不足,泻其有余,以平为期。治疗时重调经、养肾益精,同时顾护阴血,用药强调分清缓急、阶段和年龄,侧重脏腑治疗。
Prof. YANG considered that irregular menstruation chiefly manifests as disorders of menstrual period and menstrual volume. The therapeutical principle aims at making up to inade quacy and cut down the surplus so as to attain a balanced state. In treatment, the menstruation is regulated by nourishing kidney, benefiting essence, and protecting yin - blood. He also emphasized that the medication should be applied according to the severity and stage of disease and the age of patient, and zang - fu should be particularly paid attention.
