摘要
目的了解氯硝西潘对脑电背景活动、样放电的影响 ,及其与氯硝西潘血清浓度的关系。方法采用定量药物脑电图 (QPEEG)的方法 ,对癫患儿一次性静脉注射氯硝西潘 ,观察给药前后血浓液、脑电图各频段功率百分比及样放电的变化。结果静脉注射氯硝西潘后 ,脑电图θ频段功率百分比显著下降 ;β频段功率百分比显著增加 ;样放电数量明显减少 ;所有导联的θ、β频段功率百分比变化与氯硝西潘血浓度的变化均无明显相关性。结论氯硝西潘的QPEEG效应较其血清动力学效应更具有临床及药理学意义。
Objective To explore the effect of clonazepam(CZP) on background EEG activities and epileptiform discharges, and the relationship between the effects and the serum drug concentration.Methods Single dose of clonazepam was injected intravenously in 8 epileptic children. And the changes of serum drug concentration, the power percentages of four EEG bands and epileptiform discharges were observed by using the assay of quantitative pharmaco_EEG (QPEEG).Results Single_dose injection of clonazepam led to the significant decrease of power percentage in the θ band and the increase of power percentage in the β band, and the frequency of epileptic discharge also decreased. There was no significant correlation between the power percentages in theta and beta bands and the serum drug concentration.Conclusions The QPEEG effect of clonazepam has more clinical and pharmacologic significance than that of clonazepam pharmacokinetics alone.
