摘要
目的 :观察白介素 2、顺铂、米托蒽醌联合治疗恶性浆膜腔积液的疗效。方法 :将 10 6例病例随机分为 2组 ,联合组以白介素 2联合顺铂、米托蒽醌应用于浆膜腔 ,对照组仅用顺铂与米托蒽醌治疗。结果 :联合组有效率 80 8% (4 2 /5 2 ) ,而对照组 6 2 9% (34/5 4 ) (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :白介素 2联合顺铂、米托蒽醌治疗恶性浆膜腔积液可加强局部化疗药物对肿瘤的杀伤作用 ,且有明显增效减毒作用。
objective:To evaluat the Value of IL-Ⅱand CDDP?MIT into serosal cavity for Treatment of Malignant serosal cavity effusion. Methods:One hundred-six cases were randomly divided into two groups,fifty-two cases,were treated with and CDDP?MIT and fifty-four cases were treated with CDDP and MIT alone. Results: The Overall response rate were 80.8%(42/52)v.s 62.9%(34/54)for these two control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: IL-Ⅱ and CDDP?MIT in serosal cavity for Treatment of Malignant serosal cavity effusion got better effect and the toxi action was lighter.
