甲壳素多功能造纸助剂的开发及应用

摘要 以甲壳索为主要原料开发研制了一种新型多功能造纸助剂,并将Britt动态滤水仪和722分光光 度计配合使用对其应用于漂白麦草浆抄纸的生产工艺做了初步探讨。实验表明,该助剂在合适的条件 下对草浆的留着、滤水和强度性能有明显的改善,同时也降低了网部滤液的COD值和浓度。 A novel multifunctional paper additive was prepared on the basis of chitin,meanwhile,by using DDJ and spectrophotometer as the experiment instrument application of this agent in bleached wheat straw pulp in different conditions was also preliminarily studied. As a result of experiments in the proper conditions, retention and drainage of the pulp were evidently improved as well as the strength properties of the sheet. The concentration and COD content of white water from wet end were reduced.
