摘要
本文利用取向分布函数(ODF),取向线分析和纤维织构定量分析研究了工业纯铁和超深冲钢板冷轧织构的变化过程;讨论了α取向线和γ取向线以及一些取向的稳定性。同时也分析了钢板变形过程及杂质原子对织构形成的影响。
The rolling texture developments in commercially pure iron and deep drawing steel sheets were investigated by means of orientation distribution function (ODF) and quantitative fibre texture analysis. The stabilities of α and γ fibre as well as some orientation were discussed. The influences of rolling process and impurity atoms on the texture developments were also analysed.
