立体传质塔板在气体分馏装置扩改中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 大通量新型高效塔板—立体传质塔板CTST与浮阀塔板相比:处理能力提高8000~10000,分离效率高1000~4000,操作弹性高一倍,压降低2000~3000.该塔板在气体分馏装置扩产改造中已经成功应用,在原塔外壳不变的条件下,仅用CTST塔板替换原浮阀塔板,改造后生产能力由原来的12671.3kg/h提高到30000kg/h.改造后在进料量5t/h-30t/h范围内,塔均可以正常操作. The combined trapezoid spray tray (CTST) has many advantages compared with the float tray, for example, the flux was increased by 80 ~0  0 ~100 ~0  0 , the separating efficiency was increased by 10 ~0  0 ~40 ~0  0 , the range of operation was 2 times and the column pressure drop was decreased by 20 ~0  0 ~30 S^0  0 , etc. In the technology transform of the gas fractionation units, CTST in the case of its shell fixedness replaced float trays. As a result, the output was increased from 12 671.3 kg/h to 30 000 kg/h. The tower was operated stably in the case of the feed 5 t/h~30 t/h after the technology transform of the gas fractionation units.
