The advance on immunotherapy of hepatitis B by anti HBV vaccine

摘要 乙肝疫苗多用于预防乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)。近年来,人们的研究重点转移到了针对慢性乙肝病毒携带者和慢性乙肝患者的治疗性疫苗的开发上。本文就治疗性乙肝疫苗的分类、机制及临床疗效加以综述。 Though prophylactic hepatitis B vaccine very popular,more and more people studies on immunotherapy using anti-HBV vaccine to chronic carriers of HBV and chronic HBV patients.This article reviewed its classification,the mech-anism of immnotherapy and the probably clinic effcts.
