摘要
通过简化与假设,建立滚筒式采煤机的动力学和数学模型,模拟出各种工况下机器各部分的质量、刚度、阻尼等因素对采煤机振动的影响曲线。并通过实际工况下的实验分析,验证了理论模型及仿真结果的正确性。
The rigid body of shearer dynamics model and mathematics model has been set up through simplifying and assumption. On the basis on that, the program of computer worked out the solution of shearer's vibration differential equation and the vibration curves which simulated the effect of mass, rigid, damp, and so on. On machine vibration under all kind of working conditions and loading, the validity of shearer's dynamics model has been proved by the result of experimental analysis. That will provide important theoretical basis for the design of shearer in future.
