摘要
通过研究教育部直属综合性大学横向科研经费的现状与趋势,结合地方经济建设与社会发展的高技术需求,分析综合性大学承担横向科研项目的现状和存在问题,并提出政策建议和措施。
The status-quo,diffculties and trends of 'Transverse' research projects for technology in universities directed by Ministry of Education were evaluated in this paper. Based on the high-tech requirements of local economic construction and social development,It puts forward some advices and measures for 'Transverse' research projects.
