摘要
搞活国有企业的形式多样 ,出售是其中的一种方式。本文以长沙国企改革为例 ,认为出售国有资产不一定就会导致国有资产流失 ,但同时也暴露出一些问题。为此 ,必须加紧探索和建立有效的国有资产管理体制 ,进一步明晰产权 ,确保国有资产保值增值。
To sell is one of the method to relive the State-owned enterprises. In this paper,the reform in Changsha is taken as an example. It is believed that to sell the State-owned assets doesn't mean the loss of it,though some problems appeared. Therefore,a managing system is to be built to clarify the property right and ensure the increment of the assets.
