摘要
目的 :介绍近年来国内针灸治疗原发性痛经的临床状况及机理研究 ,寻求最佳治疗方案。方法 :从取穴、治疗方法、机理研究等角度进行综述。结论 :针灸治疗原发性痛经疗效可靠 ,但目前临床取穴及诊疗标准和针灸作用机理研究仍存在一些亟待解决的问题。
Objective To introduce survey and mechanism studies about clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea by acupuncture and moxibustion at home in recent years, in order to seek the best treatment scheme. Methods Review was made from selection of acupoints, treatment methods and mechanism studies, etc. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion have a definite therapeutic effect on primary dysmenorrhea, but at present, some problems such as selection of acupoints, criteria of therapeutic effects and mechanism studies of acupuncture and moxibustion remain to be resolved.
