摘要
目的 探讨胎盘植入的病因及处理方法。方法 对 5年来共收治 1 5例胎盘植入患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 1例穿透性胎盘植入致子宫破裂患者行子宫切除 ,约占 6 .7% ;1 3例植入病灶切除后缝合止血 ,保守治疗成功。结论 大多数胎盘植入患者均可行植入病灶切除术 。
Objective To investigate the pathology and treatment of placenta accreta.Methods Fifteen cases of placenta accreta for recent five years were analyzed retrospectively.Results One case of placenta percreta with spontaneous rupture of uterus received emergency hysterectomy,about 6.7% (1/15) of cases.Thirteen cases of local uterus bleeding were treated with suture.Conclusion Conservative operation with reserve uterus was suitable for most cases of placenta accreta.
