摘要
从点钞机的结构入手,采用分部运行、功率谱分析、相干分析和模态分析相结合的方法,分析了机器的振动和噪声信号,找出了主要噪声源和振动源及其主要频率成分。对点钞机进行了改造,使点钞机标准点噪声从63dB降到58dB。
This paper started with the structural of currency count machine, through used branch run, frequency spectrum analysis, coherence analysis and test mode analysis, we identified the mostly noise source and vibration source. And made alteration to the machine, the noise of standard point decline from 63dB to 58dB.
