摘要
通过大量测量国内外石油套管的螺纹参数和进行全尺寸模拟试验分析 ,找到了影响国产套管发生粘扣的原因 ,并提出了相应的改进措施。最后的实验结果表明 ,采用这些措施可以大大改善套管的抗粘结性能 ,同时套管的密封和抗滑脱性能并未下降。
Through measuring of thread parameter of the casing produced in China and abroad and lots of full size stimulation tests,the reason of galling for casing made in China is found.Meanwhile,the paper put forward corresponding preventive measures.Final full-size test results show that these measures can improve greatly the anti-galling property of casing and the leakproofness and antislip property is not be reduced.$$$$
