摘要
目的 :建立健康小熊猫血液生物化学的参考值 ,为人工养殖小熊猫的卫生检疫 ,疾病防治提供科学依据。方法 :利用挤压笼将小熊猫固定 ,抽取静脉血后测定 30例小熊猫血液生物化学指标。结果 :经生物学统计获得了小熊猫的生物化学指标的参考值。结论 :以上生物化学指标的参考值对小熊猫疾病的诊断和治疗有重要作用。
Objective:To establish the reference range of the blood biochemistry items of healthy ailurus fulgens.Methods:Venous blood was sampled, and the blood biochemistry parameters determined in 30 animals.Results:The reference range of the blood biochemistry parameters of ailurus fulgens was obtained through statistics.Conclusion:The establishment of the reference range of the blood biochemistry benefited the diagnosis and the cure of disease in ailurus fulgens.
