初轧机无孔型轧制工艺研究及生产应用 被引量:5

Study on grooveless rolling of blooming mill and its practical production

摘要 对在初轧机上使用无孔型轧制工艺进行了研究,通过改变轧制规程,可生产任意规格的方、矩形坯,只要轧制规程适宜,可避免脱方,并具有收得率高、可减少轧制时间、可降低轧制力等一系列优点,且对轧件对角线之差的控制比带孔型轧制时更容易。 The grooveless rolling of blooming mill was studied.By changing rolling schedule,the discretional dimension square and rectangular bloom can be produced,and the off-square defect can be avoided.Some advantages of high yield,short rolling time,small rolling force can be realized.Meanwhile,the diagonal of piece is better controlled than groove rolling.
