摘要
目的 探讨射频毁损治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效及其临床应用价值。方法 对 73例中老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者 ,分别给予射频毁损治疗和以铂类为主的联合化疗。结果 射频治疗组与化疗组比较 ,疼痛缓解程度、KPS评分及患者生存质量评分均有明显提高 ,体重也有明显变化 ,均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 射频毁损治疗技术具有微创、疗程短、安全可靠、近期效果较好的优点 ,可明显提高晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的生存质量 。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Radio Frequency Ablation(RFA) in raising life quality of patients with advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer(NSCLC) and analyze its clinical significance.Methods seventy-three middle or aged patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups to receive RAF or Cisplatin-based chemotherapy in our hospital.Results Compared with the group receiving chemotherapy,the pain relief,the KPS scores,body weight(BW) and Life quality in group receiving RFA were markedly higher(P<0.01).Conclusion RAF can achieve satisfactory results within a short course for patient with NSCLC.RFA is a safe method with minimal injure.The life quality of patients treated with RFA evidently increases.RFA has clinical significance in treating NSCLC.
