摘要
中国农业现代化进程相对滞后,源于一系列深层制约因素:资源禀赋因素、制度与体制因素、技术进步因素、市场环境因素、投资因素等,其中投资不足是制约中国农业现代化的瓶颈。只有更新发展观和调整经济发展战略,加快构建城乡一体化的管理体制,深化农业投融资体制改革,才能有效扩大农业投资,推进中国农业现代化进程。
The relative underdevelopment of Chinese agricultural modernization results from a set of elements, i.e. resources condition, economic system, technological progress, market circumstances and investment inadequacy. Only by renewing development ideas, adjusting economic development strategy, enhancing the management system of urban-rural integration and deepening the reform of agricultural investment-finance system can the agricultural investment be expanded effectively and Chinese agricultural modernization be speeded up.
