Clinical application of MRS in the diagnosis and treatment of brain tumor

摘要 磁共振波谱 (MRS)是一种新兴的无创性体内观察组织代谢的方法 ,在脑肿瘤的基础和临床研究中具有重要价值。作者重点综述MRS在脑肿瘤诊断和鉴别诊断、治疗决策和疗效评价以及鉴别肿瘤复发与放射治疗后坏死方面的新进展。 Magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)is a non-invasive technique permitting in vivo determination of biochemical parameters within brain tissue. This paper reviewed MR spectroscopic studies performed on patients with central nervous system tumors and discussed the impact of such studies on the tumor diagnosis and management.
