摘要
本文对256名连续服用国产1号避孕片5～24年的健康农村妇女,及288名同期使用宫内节育器的妇女脂代谢水平进行研究。结果表明,长期用口服避孕药(OC)妇女血清甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TCh)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及其亚组(HDL_2,HDL_3)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平均有所升高。TG 在35岁以下,连续服药不足15年的人群中呈极显著增高(P<0.01),而 TCh 和HDL 则在35岁以上,连续服药15年以上的人群中才有极显著增高(P<0.01)。LDL 的增高在各组均未达到显著性水平(P>0.05),HDL/LDL 值在各年龄组和不同使用时间分组中较稳定。
Lipid metabolim was observed in 256healthy rural women taking Chinese No.1 con-traceptive pills for 5～24 years and was com-pared with that in 288 control subjects wearingIUDs.The results showed that the levels ofserum,total cholesterol(Tch),triglycerides(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL)and itssubclasses HDL_2 and HDL_3,and low densitylipoprotein(LDL)were increased after long-termadministration of No.1 pills.TG was markedlyincreased in women under 35 years old and tak-ing the pills for less than 15 years(P<0.01),whereas Tch and HDL were markedly increasedonly in women over 35 years old and taking thepills for more than 15 years(P<0.01).Theincrease in LDL was insignificant in differentpill groups(P>0.05)and HDL/LDL ratio didnot show significant changes in pill subgroups(P>0.05).
