摘要
当今社会已进入人才经济社会,人才经济发展的关键是人才环境,人才环境建设已经成为经济发展的焦点问题。本文综合考虑影响人才的各个要素和中国城市特点,在人才理论和实践相结合的基础上,构建一套系统的、可操作性的、量化为主的人才环境综合评价指标体系,为我国城市人才环境评价提供理论依据。
As the talent economy age comes, human resource environment becomes the key to development. More and more people pay attention to HR environment. Based on the theory and practice of HR, this paper establishes a comprehensive, practical and quantitative synthetic evaluation indexes system of HR environment. This system is set up for the evaluation of HR environment by analyzing elements of HR environment and features of cities.
