摘要
随着高校教育体制改革的不断深入 ,高校学生管理工作也随之发生变化。因此 ,应建立合理的管理组织机构 ,贯彻以人为本的育人精神 ,突破旧的思想观念 。
With the educational system of university to reform deeply,the management theory of the student of university should change thereupon too.The new theory should establish a reasonable management organization,base on humanal educational values,breakthrough the idea of old thoughts.In new time,the students' management should be done with the creative management theory.
