摘要
专利技术是企业中最有价值的资本 ,通过专利技术交易有利于促进企业技术转移 ,促进专利技术的流通和增值。然而由于我国的经济体系以及相关社会配套体系还不完善 ,道德风险问题普遍存在。本文着重运用博弈论理论 ,建立了专利技术交易中监督道德风险的博弈模型 ,通过对该模型的纯策略均衡和混合策略均衡的分析 ,从理论上推导出防范道德风险的思路 ,并结合实际对我国企业提出了可行性建议 ,以期对当前的专利技术交易市场和企业有所启示。
The patent is the most valuable capitals for corporations.Through the transactions of the patent,it helps to promote corporation's technology transferring and promote the circulation and appreciation of the patent and technology.However,because of the faultiness in economic system and relevant system,the problem of moral risk occurs in nearly all fields.This paper emphasizes using game theory,establishes a game model of supervising moral risk in patent transactions,and theoretically devises a way to keep away the moral risk based on the analysis of pure strategy equilibrium and mixed strategy equilibrium.In the end,it puts forward some feasible suggestions for our corporations to inspire current patent transaction market and corporations.
