摘要
建立以茅台镇为中心,赤水河流域为延伸的茅台酒工业生态功能保护区,界定茅台酒生产核心功能区的产业结构规模及人口发展总量,将是保证核心功能区空气、水、土地及微生物资源合理、有效利用,保证茅台镇生态平衡,保证茅台酒工业生态功能持续稳定发挥,维护国酒传统知识产权的有效措施。
The industrial ecology protected zone of Maotai Liquor centered on Maotai town and stretched along with Chishui river drainage area.The zone had a scientific definition of industrial structure size and population development general quantity for core area for Maotai Liquor production,which could ensure the rational and efficient utilization of air,water,soil and microbe resources in core area,the ecological balance in Maotai town,and the sustainable development of industrial ecology of Maotai Liquor.The establishment of the zone is an effective measure to protect intellectual property of national liquor traditions.
