摘要
目的 探讨下消化道肿瘤性梗阻急诊I期手术治疗的并发症。方法 回顾性分析 71例大肠癌病人的临床资料。结果 在 71例病人中发生吻合口瘘 1例 ( 1 .41 %) ,腹腔脓肿 1例 (占 1 .41 %) ,伤口感染 1 1例 ( 1 5 .49%)。结论 下消化道肿瘤性梗阻急诊I期手术符合肿瘤的早期治疗原则 ,克服了分期手术所带来的不利因素 。
Objective To investigate the complication of emergency stage I tumor of obstructing colorectal carcinoma in case.Methods The clinical data of 71 cases of obstructing colorectal carcinoma were reviewed.Results In the 71 cases,only one cases occurred the fistula of bowel anastomsis;one case meet with abscessin abdomen and the wound of 11 cases were inflamed.Conclusion Emergency stage 1 tumor of obstructing colorectal carcinoma is coincidenced with early treatment therapeutic principle and overcome mis factor that were companied with early operation,which were safety and valuable.
