摘要
文中对山西省的历史旱灾、干旱情况、干旱特点、干旱成因以及存在的主要问题进行了详细分析,针对山西省水资源贫乏、水土流失严重,农业基础设施和生态环境依然十分薄弱,抗御自然灾害能力不强的现实,提出了做好今后山西省抗旱工作的六点对策。
In the paper,the historic drought damages,the drought situation,the drought characteristics,the drought reasons and the main problems are analyzed concretely.Directing against the scarcity of water resources,severe losses of soil and water,weak agricultural infrastructure,bad ecoenvironment,and low resistant capability against nature calamity,six strategies about how to make a good job of drought relief in Shanxi are put forward.
