摘要
通过分析铁路的现行体制、自身资源与能力等因素对其在进入现代物流时的限制,指出铁路应当通过组建物流联盟,实现在价值链上的互补合作,使铁路能够集中有限的资源,在价值链的关键环节上建立核心竞争力。
By analyzing the constrain factors of railway current mechanism,
its resources and abilities while proceeding to modern logistics, the paper points
out that railway shall realize a complementary cooperation in value chain by
establishing an ally of logistics. So railway will be able to amass the limited
resources and to build up its core competence in the key links of value chain.
