摘要
延安文化产业近年来取得了长足发展 ,但存在的问题也很多 ,主要是文化基础设施老化、经费极其缺乏、人才流失严重、思想观念僵化、政策支持不力等。解决问题的对策在于大力解放思想统一认识、提升文化产业战略地位、全面转变政府职能、完善文化产业政策、培养文化人才队伍、建立文化市场机制、加强产业理论研究、优化资源组合。
In recent years,great strides have been made in yan'an cultural property,but there are still many problems.The main problems are:ageing of its installations,lacking of funds greatly,serious running off of trained personnel, sluggish and backward,thoughtsand ideas non-strong supporting policies,and etc,The countermeasures to solve the problems are:to emancipate the mind completely,to seek unity of thinking,to improve the strategy position of cultural property,to transform the government function completely,to perfect the cultural property policies,to train cultural personnel troops,to build up cultural market mechanism,to strengthen cultural property's theoretical research,to choose the best resource combinations,and to take the special advantage.
