水利防汛电子会商系统可以实现跨区域、异地、同步、集中召开水利防汛会议,简要从逻辑结构、终端结构、组网结构等方面介绍系统如何实现异地视频会议。
Electronic meeting system can support multi-areas synchronously gathering for hydrological and flood-prevention meetings. From logic structure, terminal structure, and network structure of the system, the article introduces how to realize video meetings over different areas.
