摘要
目的 了解驻马店市近几年HIV感染情况。方法 对不同职业和不同年龄的人群进行HIV抗体初筛试验调查。结果 在调查的 895 4人中 ,HIV抗体初筛试验阳性者 313例。阳性率从 2 0 0 0年的 2 78%上升至 2 0 0 2年的 4 2 2 %。结论 HIV感染者在驻马店市有明显上升趋势。相应部门应加强管理并采取有效措施。预防HIV/AIDS在驻马店市的传播和蔓延。
Objective To eoplore the HIV infective situation recent years in Zhumdian city.Method The HIV antibody in different occupations and different ages.Results There are 313 positive cases in 8 954 cases. Detected by HIV antibody primary selective test. The positive rate raised from 2.78% in 2000 to 4.22% in 2002. Conclusion The number of HIV infector in creased. Obviously in Zhumadian city. Related departments should enhance management and take available action to prevent the spreading and pervading of HIV/AIDS in Zhumadian city.
