摘要
目的研究亚低温 (mildhypothermia)对缺氧缺血新生猪血液粘滞度和凝血功能的影响。方法生后7日龄上海种白猪25只 ,制备缺氧缺血模型 ,随机分成A组 (低温36℃72h组 ,n=8)、B组 (低温34℃24h组 ,n=8)和C组 (常温对照组 ,n=9) ,分别于缺氧缺血 (HI)前、HI后2h、24h和72h测定血液粘滞度、血D_二聚体水平和血小板计数。结果HI前、HI后2h、24h和72h各时间点各组高、中、低切变率的血液粘滞度比较差异无显著性 ,各时间点各组D_二聚体水平比较差异无显著性 ,同时血小板计数比较差异亦无显著性。结论体温下降3℃~5℃的亚低温治疗并未加重缺氧缺血新生猪血液粘滞度和凝血功能异常。
Objective To explore the effect of mild hypothermia on blood coagulation and viscosity in neonatal piglets with hypoxic ischemic(HI)brain injury.Methods Twenty five7_days_old piglets were subˉjected to hypoxic ischemic brain damage(NIBD)by the method of temporary occlusion of the bilateral carotid arteries,followed by mechanical ventilation with low oxygen concentration(FiO 2 =0.06)for30minutes.The piglets were then randomized to the following groups:group A(body temperature36℃for72h,n=8);group B(body temperature34℃for24h,n=8)and group C(normothermia,body temperature38℃for72h,n=9). The blood viscosity,D_dimmer and blood platelet counts were measured at pre_HI,2h,24h,and72h after HI,respectively.Results No significant differences were observed in blood viscosity,D_dimmer and blood platelet counts at above four time interval among three groups.Conclusions No significant complications of blood coagulation and viscosity during mild hypothermia were found in the study.
