摘要
通过对近十余年来的文献检索,对我国目前关于教师心理健康问题的研究,从教师心理健康的概念及标准、中小学教师心理健康问题现状、主要表现、产生的原因和造成的危害等几个方面进行了综述,以引起人们对中小学教师心理健康问题的充分重视。
This paper analyses the teather's mental health on the point of the concept and standard of teathers' mental health and its status quo, embodiment, causes and harms.This paper aims at arousing the minds of people.
