总结了转炉渣的一般特点和选矿的一般规律。在对国内某转炉渣进行选矿回收技术研究后 ,提出处理该转炉渣的适宜技术条件为粗选浓度 45 %～ 5 0 %、浮选机充气量 3 3L/min和阶段磨阶段选流程 ,取得了铜精矿铜品位 3 0 82 %、回收率为 90 0 5
Main characteristics of converter cinder and its mineral processing are summarized in this paper Through investigating the mineral processing of contain converter cinder at home,it is proposed that the optimal technological conditions for processing of the converter cinder include pulp density of 45%～50% for primary flotation,aeration rate of 3 3L/min for the cell and stage-grinding and stage-flotation flowsheet In closed-circuit test,a concentrate grade of 30 82% and a recovery of 90 05% for copper are obtainded
