摘要
目的 :探讨新生儿窒息后血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)浓度与Apgar评分关系。方法 :选择窒息新生儿52例 ,同期健康无窒息对照22例 ,采用免疫放射分析法 (RIA)测定其生后24小时血清NES水平。结果 :(1)1分钟和5分钟Apgar评分时 ,4~7分组与≤3分组之间血清NSE浓度差异均无显著性。 (2)5分钟复苏组、10分钟复苏组、>10分钟复苏组与对照组间血清NSE浓度差异具有统计学意义 (F=6.21,P<0.05)。>10分钟复苏组的血清NSE浓度较10分钟复苏组、5分钟复苏组及对照组明显升高 (P均<0.01)。结论 :新生儿窒息时 ,血清中NSE浓度与Apgar评分关系并非一致 ,而与复苏时间变化一致 ,复苏时间越长 。
Objective:To study the relationship between serum neuron specific enolase(NSE)level and Apgar score in newborns after as-phyxia.Methods:The serum NSE levels of8hours after birth in52newborns with asphyxia chosen randomly and22healthy controls without as-phyxia in the same time fromobstetrics were tested with immunoradiometric assay(RIA).Results:(1)At the first minut and the fifth minut of Apgar score,there was no significant difference in the serum NSE level between4~7cents group and≤3cents group.(2)Compared with the control group,the serum NSE levels had statistical difference in5minutes recovery group,10minutes recorery group and>10minutes recovery group(F=6.12,P<0.05).The serum NSE level in>10minutes recovery group was much higher than that in10minutes recovery group,5minutes recovery group and the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:In the newborns with asphyxia,the relationship between serumNSE level and Apgar score may not be consistent,however the NSE level is in accord with the changes of recovery time,which means that the honger the resuscitation time lasts,the higher the NSE level rises.
