摘要
利益是法学的一个重要范畴,法律规范人的行为主要是依靠人与人之间的利益对抗即"他律"来实现,法律所体现的意志背后是各种利益。经济法的利益问题探讨涉及到经济法的价值基础,对于该学科的发展具有基础性重要意义,其决定该学科的定位并定格经济法的调整方式,是最终决定经济法在现实生活中能否起到足够作用的关键所在。
Interest is an important category of law. The law is used to standardize an individual's behavior, which may be realized by the interest confrontation between one and another. Behind the will of the law there are different kinds of interest. To discuss the interest issue in the law of economics is concerned with value foundation of law, which is of much significance for the development of the subject of economics. It determines the place of subject and orientates the adjustment mode of economics. It is crucial to see whether the economics law has fully played its role in the actual life.
