摘要
目的:探讨先天性马蹄内翻足(congenitalclubfoot,CCF)的病因、病理及发病机制与细胞外基质(extracellularmatrix,ECM)的关系。方法:对15例先天性马蹄内翻足患者及对照组5例非神经、肌肉及胶原病死亡小儿,足内侧及小腿前外侧深筋膜进行电镜观察、分析。结果:先天性马蹄内翻足深筋膜超微结构变化表现为:成纤维细胞增多,细胞体积增大,胶原纤维较粗,排列致密、整齐。结论:先天性马蹄内翻足细胞外基质的改变符合组织器官纤维化及一般瘢痕性纤维结缔组织增生。故认为先天性马蹄内翻足可能由足内侧深筋膜纤维化所引起。
AIM:To investigate the relationship of etiology,pathogeny as well as the mechanism of congenital clubfoot(CCF) to extracellular matrix(ECM). METHODS:The ultrastructure of interior foot and anterior and lateral leg in the collagen of CCF group(15 cases with congenital CCF) and the control group(5 cases from infantile corpse without nerve,muscle and collagen diseases) was respectively observed by electron microscope and then was analyzed. RESULTS:The changes of ultrastructure of deep fascia of CCF included increasing number and volume of fibroblast,and collagen fibre becoming thickly,arranging closely and orderly. CONCLUSION:The change of ECM isolated from CCF accords with fibrosis and fibroelastosis.Therefore,CCF may be caused by the fibrosis of deep fascia of interior foot.
