摘要
介绍了废旧木塑复合材料成型加工的研究进展,就挤出机选型、机头设计、工艺参数等木塑复合材料加工的难点进行了研究与探讨。结合大量的实验与理论计算,对于废旧木塑复合材料的成型提供了可实际工业化生产的技术装备与工艺路线。结果表明:制品的各项性能指标均达到要求,体现了这种加工方法与相关装备良好的应用前景。
The development of the manufacturing process of wood-plastics composite (WPC) is introduced.The choice of extruders,designing of dies,adjustment of technical parameters and the recipe of WPC were discussed.Based on experiments and theoretical calculation, the industrial manufacturing of WPC was realized.The products made by these equipments and processing showed good performance required by the standard.The correlative product process and equipments showed good industrial applications in the future.
