摘要
目的 :测定生肌膏中阿魏酸的含量。方法 :反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Nova PakC18柱 (4μm ,30 0mm×4 .0mm) ,流动相为甲醇 水 乙酸 (46∶5 3∶1) ,检测波长为 32 3nm。结果 :阿魏酸浓度在 4 .39～ 30 .74mg·L-1范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系 (r =0 .9999)。平均加样回收率为 97.0 8% ,RSD为 1.2 6 % (n =6 )。结论 :本法简便 ,准确 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好 ,可用于生肌膏中阿魏酸含量的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish an RP-HPLC method for determining content of ferulic acid in Shengjigao . METHODS RP-HPLC analysis was carried out on Nova-Pak C_ 18 colum(4 μm,300 mm× 4.0 mm) with methanol-water-acetic acid (46∶53∶1)as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 323 nm. RESULTS A good linearity was obtained in the range of 4.39 ～ 30.74 mg·L -1 ( r = 0.9999 ),and the average recovery was 97.09% ,RSD= 1.26% ( n =6).CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate,highly sensitive and reproducible, It may be used for the quantitative determination of the ferulic acid in Shengjigao .
