摘要
西部要全面实现小康目标,必须优先发展民族旅游业,使之成为西部跨越式发展的龙头。鉴于此,本文认为,发展民族旅游业,一方面要充分利用西部独特的自然人文资源优势,另一方面要充分发挥旅游业的产业优势,把握发展机遇,乘势而上,为进一步推进西部大开发创造大好条件。
Western China wants to be comparatively well-off, ethnic tourism must be given priority in the process of the development. Thus, this thesis points out that developing ethnic tourism must make full use of not only natural, historical and cultural resources but also its industrial superiority. Moreover, ethnic tourism should catch the chance of development and, at the same time, provide better economic environment for the Western China's development.
