摘要
目的 应用门诊就医流程图和临床护理工作流程图 ,方便病人就医 ,规范护士行为 ,提高护理服务质量。方法 结合病人就医、治疗过程的实际情况 ,实施有形展示策略 ,将门诊病人就医过程和规范的临床护理行为制定成流程图。结果 通过应用流程图 ,护士行为更加规范化 ,服务更加到位 ,新护士能尽早地提供优质服务 ,加强了护理管理力度。结论 流程图的应用提高了护理整体服务质量 。
Objective The application of the hospitalization flow charts and clinic flow charts can do convenience for patients as well as standardize nursing operation to improve the nursing of better qualities.Method Our hospital combined the process of being hospitalized with standard nursing regulation into several flow charts, so that can exhibit to patients and nursing by a visual means.Result By the application of flow charts,the nurses do their job more canonically,especially the fresh nursing provides good services swiftly,and accordingly,the management is strengthened.Conclusion The application of the flow charts improves the nursing qualities wholly,and embodies the hospital’s management ideal that is all for patients.
