摘要
白花蛇舌草(Hedyotis diffusa Willd)系茜草科(Rubiaceae)耳草植物,广泛分布于亚洲热带地区,我国云南、广西、福建、浙江和江苏等地均有生长。民间常用此草内服治疗小儿疳疾、毒蛇咬伤、癌肿及肠道疾病,外用治疗各种疮?及跌打刀伤等症。近年研究表明,白花蛇舌草具有增强非特异性免疫作用。
The distilled-water extract of Hydyotis diffusa Willd was precipitated by 95% et-hanol and purified by Sephadex G-200 to give a pure polysaccharide HD-W-3-B with Mw=1,600,000. The polysaccharide is composed of six sugars: Rha, Ara, Xyl, Man. Gal andGlc. Its preliminary structure was proposed by analysis of its methylation.
