摘要
经皮椎体成形术 (percutaneousvertebroplasty ,PVP)是一种崭新的介入治疗技术。主要应用于各种原因导致的椎体破坏 ,达到稳定脊椎缓解疼痛之目的。手术操作需在影像学设备 (大型X光机或CT)监视引导下进行 ,采用经皮穿刺方式进入病变椎体 ,向椎体内灌注骨水泥。本文从手术的适应症、禁忌症、操作步骤、疗效、预后等方面进行了详尽介绍 ,并对此技术的最新进展、发展前景发表看法 。
Percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP ) is a new inter ventional technique.It mainly apply to the destroyed vertebral body suffering fr om various disease,good pain relief and stabilization vertebra is the aim.The op eration is done guided by radiology equipment (C-arm-X-fluoroscopy or CT-flu oroscopy),percutanous vertebral puncture is performed under local anaesthesia,an d bone cement is infused into the destroyed vertebral soon.The aricle describes the operation on indication,contraindication,procedure,effect,prognosis and so o n,gives point of view on progress,prospect,and gaines optimistic conclusion fina ly.
