炼油装置上的腐蚀在线监测结果分析 被引量:7

摘要 中国石化股份公司广州分公司自2002年5月29日开始对炼油装置的空冷器、换热器、管线等进行了全面的腐蚀在线监测。在7月18日至8月15日期间,因设备维修而停止注氨。对上述期间腐蚀监测结果进行分析后指出;广州分公司炼油装置现行的“一脱三注”工艺防腐蚀措施可将一次加工装置“三顶”低温部位的腐蚀速率控制在0.20mm/a以下;当停止注氨时,空冷进口总管、初馏塔顶空冷器进口管和冷凝器进口管处的腐蚀速率可提高数十倍,因此一年中装置停止注氨时间不能超过15天;当焦炭塔油气管线选用Cr5Mo耐热钢时,其腐蚀速率可控制在0.152mm/a左右。 Guangzhou Petrochemical Company/SINOPEC began its comprehensive on-line corrosion monitoring on air coolers, heat exchangers, pipelines etc on May 29, 2002. The ammonia injection was stopped from July 18 to August 15 due to equipment maintenance. The analysis of the corrosion monitoring results showed that the anti-corrosion measures practiced by the company for the refinery process units such as one removal and three injections are effective to control the corrosion rate of the low-temperature sections at towers overheads below 0.20 mm/yr. When the injection of ammonia was stopped, the corrosion rate of the inlet header of air coolers and inlet pipeline of overhead air coolers and condensers of prefractionator was increased by 10 folds. It is concluded that the annual time of interruption of ammonia injection shall not be more than 15 days. If CrSMo heat-resisting steel is selected for the oil vapor pipeline of coker drum, the corrosion rate can be controlled at about 0.152 mm/yr.
