摘要
建立有杆泵杆柱振动力学偏微分方程并求解和分析,研制了可测出抽油杆工作过程中瞬时受力状况的测试仪器,进行了现场测试,获得了抽油杆不同部位受拉压和侧向力的周期性变化曲线,发现了振动载荷由下至上逐步增大的规律。当轴向压力增大到一定程度时,杆柱将屈曲变形,增加径向接触力,会使杆管偏磨的程度增加,为抽油机井杆管防偏磨提供了依据。通过采取合理加重、优化参数等技术措施,使杆柱受力中和点下移或减轻振动影响,措施在不同油田的几千口井上实施后见到了下移中和点、减小振动载荷、延长检泵周期的明显效果。
A device is developed which can test the transient bearing capacity of the pumping rod while working,on the basis of building and analyzing the partial differential equation of vibration mechanics of pumping rod.The cyclical curve that positions of the pumping rod are pulled or pressured will be obtained on the well-site test.The vibration load on the sucker load increases gradually from bottom to top. When the axial pressure increases to a certain extent,the string will be bent and deformed to produce the radial force.The increment of radial fore could cause the increase of side attrition of rod string.The law that vibration influences the side attrition of rod string should be gotten by the analysis.It provides the basis for controlling the side attrition of rod string in the beam pumping wells. The rational weighted way is used to make the neutral point on the rod string remove-down.The distinct improvement can be seen after carrying out the measures.
