摘要
分析了“大机组、超高压和大电网”之间的相互协调配合关系,指出我国广大地区(西北除外)将出现三级大电网(省网、大区网、全国网)共用电气互通的单一500kV网架及在适应四级大机组(200或300MW,500或600MW,800和1000MW)供电的输送大范围内只采用单级500kV输电可能产生的不利局面。这种“失调”状况将会导致电网输送能力长期不足,短路电流接续快速增大,运行调度和电网自动化也将遇到一些不应有的困难,还会影响电网规划工作中应有的适应能力和未来电力市场营运中的灵活性。文中分析了采用500kV电压等级决策失误的原因,提出了一些可供参考的补救措施。
Through the results of analyzing the matching coordination among 'high power generators, extra-high voltages and large power grids' in China, an unbalance situation will appear, that is, in vast domestic areas, except Northern West China, the phenomena will happen that three levels of large grids, i.e., provincial power systems, regional grids and nation-wide power pool, will be electrically connected to a single 500 kV network and that to accommodate the power transmission from 4 grades of high power generators, i.e., their capacities are 300, 600, 800 and 1000MW respectively, in a large area the power have to be transmitted by 500 kV power network only. The results of above mentioned phenomena may lead up to: Power transmission ability will be insufficient in a long period, the short circuit current will increase quickly and sustainedly, some undesirable difficulties may happen in power dispatching and power grid automation, as well as the adaptive faculty in power system planning and the operating flexibility of future power market will be also affected. The reason of wrong decision-making in 500kV power network construction is analyzed and some remedial measures are suggested.
