摘要
自粘接涂层具有绝缘强度高、耐腐蚀性好、冲片性好的特点。用带有自粘接涂层的电工钢制成的铁芯固定牢靠,电机效率高,振动小,噪音低。本文对电工钢自粘接涂层这一新颖的涂层进行了介绍,研究了国内外开发、生产这种新涂层最具实力的三家公司:德国蒂森公司、美国阿拉甘尼公司和日本川崎制铁公司各自的技术思路、实现方法和产品的性能结果,分析了自粘接涂层电工钢的发展状况和应用领域,指出这是一种富有前途的新产品,可应用于磁悬浮列车长定子铁芯、高能离子加速器铁芯和变压器铁芯等产品。
Self-adhesive coating is a new coating for electric steel, which has the advantages of high insulation strength, good corrosion resistance and excellent stamping ability. The core made of electric steel with self- adhesive coating hasgood strength, high efficiency, low vibration and noise. The characteristics, development and application fields of self-adhesive coating for electrical steel were presented including the technological thoughts, practices and properties of product in abroad and home. The products are promising to use as cores in maglev long stator, high-energy ion accelerator and transformer.
