摘要
目的:探讨鼻内镜下等离子低温射频联合氯雷他定治疗中重度过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年11月—2016年11月我院收治的90例中重度过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用常规手术方式治疗;观察组给予鼻内镜下等离子低温射频联合氯雷他定(10 mg,qd)治疗。比较两组治疗前后鼻腔黏膜纤毛输送率(MTR)及疗效。结果:治疗前,两组MTR水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组MTR指标水平均有不同程度改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.78%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜下等离子低温射频联合氯雷他定治疗中重度过敏性鼻炎的疗效确切,能够有效改善鼻内通气情况,值得应用推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopy-assisted plasma low temperature radiofrequency combined with loratadine in the treatment of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis. Methods: 90 patients with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected as subject and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated by conventional operation. The patients in the observation group were given nasal endoscopy-assisted plasma low temperature radiofrequency combined with loratadine(10 mg, qd). The nasal mucociliary transport rate(MTR) before and after treatment and efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in MTR levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the MTR levels in the two groups were improved to different degrees, and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.78%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nasal endoscopy-assisted plasma low temperature radiofrequency combined with loratadine is effective in the treatment of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis, and can effectively improve intranasal ventilation, which is worthy of application and generalization.
